Brake Calipers...

Will the 04-05 TL Break Calipers fit our 1st Gens (Expect a bit of Mod) but will it actually fit???

I'm talking about the cool Break Calipers the 04-05 6MT TL has... Would be cool to have that showing through the rim, besides those brembo and other aftermarket stuff... although i still think those are good too... Has anyone tried it yet???

Hmmmm thats a good question. I havnt actuall looked into that but I wonder if the bigger caliper(04TL) will hinder with the wheel itselft.

The new TL has a larger diameter brake rotor I believe. Therefore, you would need to go with a larger brake rotor as well. Then this means if your running on factory rims you would need to change your rim to a larger diameter with a probably different offset as well. I think?

Yeah, you'd have to swap everything, including larger wheels.

Are there even any aftermarket big brake kits for our cars, like the brembo gran turismo?
