Best glue for rear view mirror plastic housing

A piece of about one-inch plastic as part of the mirror housing was crushed and detached. It looks like it could be attached back to the plastic housing with powerful glue. Except using some backing for reinforcement and clamps while the glue is curing, what is the best glue for this application considering exposure of the outdoor weather and environment? Epoxy or some kind?

gorilla glue. i've never worked with anything stronger. only thing is it takes a couple tries to figure out how much glue/water you need to use.

I had to use this for my headlight as one of the clips broke off. It didnt work very well I ended up using abs glue and that didnt work either. I then tried red hot pvc glue and it works great. I let it set for a few hours and put my headlight back in and its still holding. I tried to let the abs cement dry for almost 2 days and it fell right off.
