You putting this in a 1st gen TL right? I would put 6.5 in the front doors and some tweeters in the dash, for the rear I would only get 2 way 6x9s.

The Alpine amp, is that total of 90w? If so I would recommend something with more watts.

I rear should be only used to fill in music, the front is where you should put all the good stuff, inmy 96TL I put 6.5s in the doors and 1in tweets in the dash, in the rear I had 2 way 6x9s, I staged for the front to be louder. Ask around many people will tell you use the rear for fill only, some ppl dont even put speakers inthe rear.
That 360w amp should be good enough

I've never heard rockford components or 6x9's but I've been told by a few people that they don't sound too good. If you wanna play safe then go with Focal. You dont have to spend $700 on components for them to sound good. Even their lowest line of speakers sound great.

How much are you looking at spending. I am not familiar with Rockford speaker prices. Like 96TL said, lower lines of Focals would still sound great. Or Boston Rally separates...those are good too at a reasonable price.
