hey ken,

saw ur post on a-legend about the strut bar... i am not sure how often u freq that site, so ill ask the question here.. u think the OEM strut will fit our cars???

also, the guys on there are bypassing the coolant line on the TB to keep the coolant flowing in there without it going through the whole cooling system... think it would work?? thanks bro..

Yeah, bypassing will work, i'll look more into that soon.

The Legend bar may fit, but I think the RL bar would be ideal. I'll do some measurements.

that reminds me, I got a legend bar in the trunk of my accord. I got it off of gsteg's totaled legend. I guess I should try to test fit it one of these days...

I still need to get one of the firewall brackets off of his car, I was only there to help him get his audio equipment out of the car so I didn't have the right wrench to take out one of the bolts.

Yes, thats the REAL issue here.. is the firewall bracket.. if it will fit and be the right distance..

NEED to take measurements on a Legend sedan and an RL and compare it to my 3.2

From there hopefully someone with a 2.5 can see if it will work for them.

i was just reading up in the DIY, and there was mention of guys buying 97-01 Prelude Strut Bars... with some modification, they made it work.. some made it direct fit with a little muscle... anyone know someone with a prelude that can take some measurements???

Depends on what kind of modifications we're talking.. if you are say bending the bar so it'll fit.. well its not going to be increasing torsional rigidity of the car isnt it?
