Another issue (Visor's Vanity Mirrors)

Got another issue guys... I bought new lights for my 1998 TL visor vanity mirrors. They still don't work. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix'em. I got to prepare them for any girl i decide to take out.

Head lights should be ON for vanity lights to work. If you installing LED's, remember they are directional.

What is that black thang?

Ok guys... i admitt... I'm lazy. But, after searching for 15mins... I gave up. So, my question is... what is that black circle thing on the speaker of the driver side dashboard for?

I believe that is a sensor for the climate control system. It is suppose to detect sunlight or something and make its adjustments when in full auto mode.
