Might want to ask that on acura-legend.com

But i'm willing to bet it was a 6 speed manual Legend LS with 230+ hp

Keep in mind that the front ends are different in the 3.2 verses 2.5 TL's. Different shapes and dimensions internally. Make sure engine mounts and such line up properly.

Just warning you before you spend big bucks

If you want to convert your 2.5 into a MT... you'll need the vigor tranny not the legend... Same with the engine...

If you want to conver a 3.2 into a MT... then you can use the legend engine and tranny...

Not saying you can't put a legend engine and tranny in a 2.5... its possible... anything is possible... you'll just need the greenies... and i'm not talking about rep points...

None that we know of.

Physically its possible. But a custom center console would be needed. Nothing too hard but it takes time and $$$.

No one has done it yet... that we know of... I've been looking around other forums and i see a couple of guys... no more then 5 that are thinking of it... I personally think it would be cool to have but a pain... since i'm more or a show and no go... (a bit of go actually)... i wouldn't want to be messing with the stick and clutch while messing with my radio... eq... and then concentrating on driving... and in your case the switches to your suspension... I guess its because i'm not use to MT anymore...

But yeah, like ken said, you'll have to make some mod's to the center concel and probably a couple other things for the clutch etc... If you have the cash and time... and like racing... then i recommend it... that would be cool... I wouldn't get it because it wouldn't suit me very well...

I've got the motor. Goes in end of January. As for the tranny, that will have to wait until next fall I think, just can't swing the whole project at once.
