I've searched around and I can barely find anything for my 2.5 TL. Can you guys tell me what available for the 2.5??? DO they even make cai's or superchargers or anything like that??

 

no engine mods for 2.5...except maybe a air intake and spark plug wires? everything else probably has to be custom made. there are couple of suspensions for our cars (eibach and ground control).. what particular item are you looking for?

 

i know they make a throttle body for our car in japan....aftermarket......but it is going to cost an arm and a leg....it seems everything for our car if they don't make them they charge way to much...

the throttle body basically regulates how much air the engine gets.

 

i heard it was around 600 and it giives u 12 hp at the wheel dont know if is thrue though if you have any info on this hollA BACK

 

Good luck...I think there is less aftermarket stuff for the TL than there is for the Vigor. At least there are body kits for the Vigor.

-The 2.5TL has 4-lug wheels...so you can use the G1 CL wheels or you can get some really good wheels.
-The engine is the same as the Vigor, so if you can find anything for the Vigor engine (good luck, there's nothing) you can use it.
-The body (except for the hood and grille) are the same on the G1 3.2TL. You can use most of the same parts or get JDM taillights off ebay.
-Get clear bumper lights from http://www.ProCarParts.com or bid on the ones they put up on ebay for $25 (about $20 less).
-The intake and engine setup is similar to the G2 Legend, so if you can find a Legend cold air intake...it should fit.

 

there aren't that many things for the engine other than NOS and some intakes. There are stuff for suspension and brakes. you can get coilovers, strut bars, rotors, etc. There are also four or so different body kits for our 2.5's.

 

I have a SWEET sound system, clear turn signals with blue lamps, blue neon all over the place, blue lava lamp in the back, blue undercar kit, air intake, MSD ignition, exhaust, and wheels. I still need more!! There is plenty you can do with this car.

 

i keep hearing from friends that the 2.5's (5 bangers) are good engine to turbo charge. ive heard this many times from diff people! anybody else hear it???

 

yeha they are a good engine to turbo, alot of sabbs and volvo's use the 5 cylinder turbo engine so its got to be working for them.

dont look for engine stuff cause youll get tired , i i have 4 tvs system wheels drop strut bar value wing azect grill and alot of other stuff... you cant make the tl that much faster but you cna do alot of mods for looks.

P.S. the hood grill bumper and fenders on the 3.2 are different they are minopr but they are there
