Years back, I took some "me time" after getting laid off and learned how to bake bread. But it was all packet-yeast driven. Sourdough had always seemed like black magic. But since it seems like everyone is doing it right now, I've read a few stories and it doesn't seem terribly difficult to start.
Got me thinking I might give it a shot. Or not.
