This is the only place I have found that has the wood shift knob for the 1999 - 2004 Acura RL (I have a 2002). I didn't even find one on ebay

Has anyone found it somewhere else for less?

I've been looking around a bit (not too seriously) for an '04 wood shift-knob. For this model year, Acura added a stock wood shift knob that actually matches the interior wood (not like the burlwood accessory) and is the same shape and design as the leather knob. It is not a full wood shift-knob--it is leather and wood.

Here's a link to an Ebay auction of an '04 shift-knob I'm talking about. This one features the smoked grey wood available on the '04. There was also a golden brown wood with beige leather or black leather.

i jjust bit the bullet and paid 95 bucks for mine at the dealer. That was after about a 20 percent discount because I knew the parts manager. Very classy upgrade though

I just picked a TL shift knob up from the black market. Hopefully it will fit. I'll post pics of the swaps. Also, getting some LED cluster lights in hopefully this week. I'll post a tutorial with pics when I'm finished.
