Will they fit on my RL

Does 22" rims fit right on a first Gen RL. the dimensions are 22x9.5

and will 22's even look good if they do fit?

It would look terrible

Even if they would fit, I don't think they would though.

You should put 30" rims on if you're going that route! 22" is too small!

Could it fit.... yes.

Is it going to be bolt on and go.... No.

If he has the cash to make it look right its not really that bad, just personal choice.

Just to give you an idea, this RL is on 24's

If you want to roll dub duece's get an Escalade or a Yukon and then you can roll some 6's too.

I know it is your choice and I think the majority of this forum will stick to the "why in the hell" but if you want to cut up your RL that again is your decision.

My ......

What was the green car? And doesn't wheels like that mess up all your gear ratios?

Infiniti G35 third gen. And yeah it makes your speedo off because a bigger tire covers more ground each rotation (circumference). I forget whether it makes the speedo read faster or slower than you actually are... intuition tells me it's slower.

Yup and yup

Rubber band tires aren't for me though. Ugh the clanking!

I'd worry about a car that can already be a little slow to launch getting too tall in first and becoming a real dog. It probably isn't this bad, but if I had to start off in second all the time, I wouldn't like the RL so much.
