VSA Problem...
I just had the same problem occur with my '04 TSX (52,000 kms) late last week. Temperature up here was -30 C and car was parked outside overnight. Backed out of the laneway and the VSA dash light and ! come on. Dropped off at dealer this morning. Dealer tells me it is the lateral yaw angle sensor that is the problem and they will make me a deal at $962 and include the tax, God Bless them. Car is still within the 60,000 km warranty but unfortunately falls outside the three year warranty as delivery was October 2003. Told him I may have to drive the car through the dealer window and blame faulty VSA !

This is one that I am trying to solve as well. I have a 2002 with the same problem, one of my techs said that I need a new cpu because it is not giving a reading when he hooks our computer to it.
