LOL I had that ebay lip before my real lip. It is gay, seriously it will flopping around at high speed.

 

My doesnt flop around at all. I had a friend drive it while I watched feom another car and didnt move at all lol

 

so i was thinking about my exhaust today i love the way it looks and sound but i kinda want it a little louder lol for more throaty sound lol. so has anyone every did the muffler but cut out the resonator?

 

cause i wanna get more a sound out of my car like this and its almost there. and i was told if i cut the resonator out i should have a sound close to this and i know its a cadi but just similar sound for what i want lol.

 

So you are saying your setup is not loud enough? If you want some thing that sound like the Cadi then my Magnaflow will do just that lol. If you want to trade your with my Magnaflow, I don't really mind

 

Haha well the muffler I have on there now is actually made by magnaflow for summit racing. And its has a mice tone to it now but just wanna get a little more grawl out of it lol and no thanks lol not looking to trade lol

 

You have two options if you want the muffler louder. First, remove the stock resonator or second get an aftermarket resonator. I'm currently running stock muffler with an aftermarket resonator and it sounds really good! A little deeper than the stock muffler and resonator combination.

 

alright that works. thanks for info. im going to get the stock one cut out first see how i like it without the resonator at all. if its to loud then i will just get aftermarket one put in.

 

Maybe it's me... i never understood low and luxury being loud and like a Fast n Furious Civic...

 

well having a tone like that is like a fast and furious civic lol. thats more of a better sound even if its louder lol its alot deeper. i just want a little more sound out of it. nothing crazy.

 

I like loud luxury car lol. The RL engine has a very good sound at high RPM!

alright so update lol. i had to replace a few things on the car but up and running good lol. so i found a local guy that actually installed function and form v1 04 tsx coils and saw them in person lol so i know for sure how to install now. and the ride on them was great so will be picking up a set of those when i do get the money.

 

finally got some wheels for the Rl. traded a guy my oem nissan wheels for these. tsw 18x7.5 +40. need a really good cleaning though lol.

He is using the Summit Racing chamber muffler
VipRL, are you planning to get the TSX or TL Function and Form? I don't if it matter but I've heard with the TL coilover you don't have to use a spacer.

 

Yea im using summit raving chamberes muffler and vibrant racing tips. And as for coils I was going with tsx but if tl will work without spacer I may do those instead but def going to be function and form v1

 

it sounds really good, i do wanna do a dual exhaust but im gonna buy rims first, i think im gonna go with a set of 17" oem 2013 cadillac ats 7 spoke rims

 

17s are nice. i had oem nissan altima wheels on mine before these. 18s look alot better on the car to me now that i have 18s lol. cant wait to get it lowered. im going to have to work on the exhaust once i lower it. i think its going to scrape pretty bad if i dont guess i will see what i can do after i lower the car lol

what the stock size is or? i know im running the chambered muffler that is 3in inlet and 2 3 in outlets and both my tips are 3 inch tips all the piping i believe is ether 2.5 or 2 inch not sure.

 

sadly i had to get rid of my tsw wheels . when i got them they were repaired which the repair was really good had it looked at from a shop that does repairs and they said all good. well the spot cracked .. the dude i traded with made me a deal if it cracked within a month we would trade back so. we traded back tonight so he can have his cracked wheel back. but he also plasti dipped my old wheel black actually doesnt look that bad.

 

Nice, now all it need is a drop LOL. BTW, is that wheels 18? Anyway, I think I will get the Tein street Basis coilover. Now sure which one, TSX or TL. Here is the Tein TL coilover, I hope the owner dont mind I posted this hahaa.

^ nice i like those always liked the tein coilovers. im still sticking to function and form haha. which ever ones you get lmk how install is. if the tl is better then tsx and no spacer need i will just pick up the tl one. what year acura tl work for us..

but as for the wheel the nissan wheels i have now ar 17x7 +35. other ones before the cracked were 18s . so had to go down a size again. but no big deal new wheels next year sometime lol.

 

diggin the maxima wheels. a drop will look sick bro!

 

^^ thanks man. yea cant wait few more month and i will be able to get something. lol i think im going to end up with some H&R springs casue coilovers are to much for me righ tnow lol. so just have to re plasti dip one of the wheel cause plasti dip came off and im good lol. intake coming soon. and window tint coming soon.
