Vibration problem over 60mph

Hi

Just noticed today my car vibrates when I was cruising on the freeway over 100km/h (over 60 mph). Sounds like what you hear when you drive over a road that is under construction.

I am worried it could be my transimission but when i pop it in neutral it still vibrates at those high speeds. It stops when i drive around the city. I am also thinking my wheels are unbalanced or bent rim. Also could be an axle maybe.

Anyone experienced such a thing?

As a matter of fact I just put some 20" rims on it and still the vibration is there but it only happens if i am driving on the freeway going over 60-70mph.

It rules out the wheels and tires.
