Trunk seal leak?

I have a 97 RL and my dad noticed when taking CDs out of the corner where the player is, that they were moist/wet. After noticing this, I took a look at the tail lights. The right one looks fine, but the left one has moisture behind the tail light where the reverse light is located. Could the gasket be broken, leaking water in?

I had this problem with my 96 when I first got it. It is most likely the tail light gasket that is allowing water into your trunk.

The other possibility is the moonroof drain. To test that one you can take out enough of the liner to see the drain, park it on an incline, open the moonroof and pour water along the edge.

The gasket is easy and cheep to fix too.

Update: finally had the time to take my light out and the gasket was soaked. Ordered a new one from Acura of Bellevue and it'll be replaced this weekend. +1 for Jimmay.
