Hello anyone have any experience with OEM that were "chromed" in a shop as in this link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-NEW...Q5fAccessories I am in Ohio so i would keep my original rims for the winter and switch to something like these in the late spring.

 

My girlfriend's dad had his 3G TL wheels chromed.. He basically paid for the wheels up front, they sent the chrome wheels, he sent his stockies to them, and they refunded back a % of the money.

 

Yeah that company that did the ones listed in the above link does the same thing....only you can choose to keep your old rims if you pay the price listed on that link....or you can send back your old rims once you get the new ones and they will refund you about $500. I need to keep my old rims because form what i have read you shouldn't really ride the chromed rims in snow/ salt and it snows heavy here in NE Ohio...

 

sent mine o oemrims.com and they did a helluva job

 

not sure where in ohio you are but www.oexllc.com is up here in cleveland (i believe mentor). and they do the wheels for the acura dealer out by the airport (airport acura).

 

OK thanks for the info I never even heard of this place I have only found Blackburns (they dont do chrome) and this one spot in Medina that does chrome...Imma have to check this spot you listed out. Thanks man....
