Been looking for the odb2 port, i read its under the ashtray and after checking found its not there, thinking it could of fallen down i removed the wood trim around the gear knob to find, still nothing?
Anyone have an idea on where the odb2 port could be located?

You don't say what year or model car you have in your post but on my 2000 Acura RL the OBD connector is under the ashtray. If you pull the ashtray out you should find a rubber flap underneath to the right, pull that upper flap up and you will see the port below it.

1999 Honda Legend / Acura Rl, not in the USA so Honda here. I have the rubber flap but there's nothing underneath

If your car is RH drive it the location could be under the left side of the dashboard by glove box, or on the right side under the dash by the hood latch release. There are also two small carpet pieces almost like triangles on either side of the console where the connector my be located. They are access points for removing the radio I believe. Hope this helps some.
