Welcome to the Forum !
For some strange reason, the left rear ABS sensor for the '04 RL is akin to an endangered species. Any luck with your Acura dealership ?
As a last resort you may want to check this out. Part from Dorman, labelled universal fit P/N 9705001.
Good luck.

No probs. Pretty much all of the OEM rear suspension is discontinued. Most of the front is as well. In general most OEM parts are discontinued. Considering most of the original parts on my car's interior dates back to 1999 with at least one part going back to 1996, parts won't be easy to find. Probably going to have to learn how to CAD parts and do small-batch manufacturing in order to keep these things alive. Shame really since this is next to the Jaguar X350 is the last great proper old-world luxury car.

Other cars? At least we aren't Legend I/II owners. Despite the high sales numbers, so little of them exist and with worse parts support than us.

Nah, Vigor is in a worse boat. It, along with the 2.5TL, is on a bus ride to Hell. They have little support from both aftermaket and OE. The RLs have somewhat decent aftermarket support because of the long production run. Only 02-04s have issues with parts since a lot of common parts are unique to these years and region.
