Need Help..noise question

02 rl makes a popping/metal to metal noise. it comes from under the passenger side. Things i fixed already..all ball joints, axel new, all struts new, sway bar link bushings n end links r good. The noise happens at anytime.. when i turn right, go straight n it also happens more when is raining. For example it pops n then do it again 5 mins later or even 30 mins latter..most of the time is when i accelerate passengers say they feel it on their feet..thanxs for ur help..

It could just be a loose heat shield! or a rusty splash shield touching the rotor or brake components.

That's where I'd start. I remember I had to take the heat shield off my exhaust in my TL because it was so annoying.

I once had my heat shield repaired at this shop by my work. When I came to pick it up the guy at the counter said, "two fifty-six" and was like, "man I have to find a new shop" and handed over my credit card. The guy then says, "Sorry, we have a six dollar minimum on credit cards." I can only guess that he charged me for the hose clamp he said he used.
