I have an 04 RL. Navi screen does the reboot, going black/blank thing. I can see the screen itself works and this past week the navi worked for a few minutes while I was driving. I understand that there is the service at Alpine. However, will this fix the ability to control the rest of the functions on the screen? The "Navi" screen controls the heat, defogger, ac, fan, etc...

Will the Alpine fix actually fix all the ills?

My navi screen works fine and all, although, I cant use ad options either. They're like disabled for me.

 

Did you figure anything out? My screen is starting to act crazy now...
