help VSA LIGHT and abs

both my vsa light which i have no clue what it means came on along with my abs
how can i turn off the vsa light i pressed the tcs button but nothing can anyone help me

check your local Acura dealer there was a recall on the seatbelt clamp which is connected to the abs I just had the same problem ,Acura fixed it for free seatbelts are lifetime warranteed I also have a 99 RL
