I notice from time to time on these RL's 2000-2004 that the headlights seem to build condensation inside them overtime.... Why and or how does one avoid it?

Thanks.

That's weird, I have never experience this maybe my headlight is retrofitted. I had to cut a big gap to fit the projectors and i didn't completely seal the headlight, no moisture or condensation for me. Anyway, I think either the hole is clogged or the rubber seal has a big gap. You can use a hair dryer or remove the rubber seal and the light bulbs and drive around for several minutes to remove the condensation. Hope that help.

I never had condensation inside the headlights. I'd check the rubber seal underneath the headlight.
