I have a 2000 Acura RL and my Gauge cluster is not working. I checked all relays and fuses and even swapped the cluster and nothing is working. At the same time the cluster stop working so did the heaters on my mirror and the light on the driver side door panel. Can someone please advise on what could be the problem.

Perhaps there is a problem with either of the multiplex units. Assuming all relays and fuses are indeed fine, the best place to start would be troubleshooting components of the system from a wiring diagram. Unfortunately, I don't have these.

Does the cluster not work at all? Limited functionality? And just to confirm same exact results when you tried a new cluster?

By any chance there hasn't been any modification such as the LED backlights, right?
