Exclamation Factory CD Changer issues

Recently, my CD changer has been having issues playing CDs. I can select a CD and it will play just fine for a few seconds into a song, at which point it will begin skipping, and then stop playing the track. When I try to select another track, nothing will play. I can then select another CD and it will start playing just fine, but I only experience the same problem yet again.

Interesting to note that this primarily occurs when it is hot outside. I experienced another intermittent problem with the CD changer when it was extremely cold outside (single digits/teens...CD would not play, and EEE would display on the radio screen).

I'm really hoping I don't need to replace the changer...worth taking into the dealer, you think?

dealer will more than likely try to make you purchase a new one.

I suggest checking the local yellow pages for factory radio repair.

If not there is a model ALpine changer thats a replacement. You could try bying that.
