I searched but can't find the answer to this. I'm selling my '04 RL...how can I de-program (erase) the garage door opener codes? Thanks.

 

I am moving this to the 1G RL section, which your RL is.

However, the answer is at www.homelink.com....select "programming" and follow the prompts. At the appropriate one, select "erase all my buttons". I tried to post the instructions here, but they use some sort of Flash at that site.

Just push and hold two edge buttons (1 and 3) for more than 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes fast. That's it. It is also described in your owner's manual.
