Clicking In Engine When Accelerating

My car makes a rapid clicking noise when I am on the gas but not when I'm off the gas or on idle. It is worse at Low RPM + Speed.

I found a video =

It sounds exactly like that but nobody in the comments knew what it was. I was wondering if someone could help me.

Thanks!

Yes, only when I press gas and only in cold weather, since it has become warmer, It has no been an issue, I think its a solenoid, I heard they can become very cold and kind of stick together and rattle against things. But I have no idea yet.

Ive done hours and hours of research online and it seems like its most likely either the solenoid you are talking about or sticking lifters in the engine. There have been reports of other weird things like a loose bolt under the engine cover but if you actually figure out what it is please report back. Ive been driving my 02 for almost two years now with no issues so i dont think its anything major. Also i DID take it to get diagnosed but lo and behold it was warm the day they looked at it so no noise, and i couldnt afford to leave it in the shop longer.

Ya from my research it seems to be solenoid, lifters would have problems in warm weather too. I am 90% its a solenoid and it won't cause any problems, it will throw up a code if it is causing issues, most of the time from what I have read it is about it being very cold and the solenoid just rattling from freezing temps, a lot of first gen RL owners have had this problem and it goes away with a full new solenoid set which is about 200 dollars, but if you can stand the noise, no reason to replace, summer is coming and I don't hear at all.
