Okay honestly I got this car from a buddy who crashed it and moved and it needed some parts,I already bought a $150 headlight and im a broke boi, theres no rls at local scrap 1999 tl bumper is $70 new and same year rl costs like 350 used on ebay how different is the tl bumper, is it nearly mountable? and could it be fitted with some mods thanks-HG25
