bose speakers

I have a '96 and my 6x9's are distorting so would 6x9's for a '98 work?

Just make sure you get speakers that are the correct Ohm and Watts when you replace them.

All 2nd-gen RL from 96 to 04 uses the same speakers. So you can buy any year model but later year with low mileage will absolutely be a better choice if you buy used ones.
