My question is can anyone offer assistance on where in the firewall to run my power cable for my amplifier.

The way i ran my power cable was down into the fender and into the boot that goes to the fuse panel that sits by your foot. You might need to cut a slit in the boot...but be sure to seal it up. Youll also have to take out the trim piece by the fuse box...and take out the 2 bolts holding the fuse panel to the car. It was relatively simple and works for me because i wasnt to fond of drilling into the firewall on this car...there are so many wires.
