97 RL Shimmy

I still have shimmy (or lateral shaking) - which happens starting at 45 mph, after the car is warmed up.

I have replaced the tires and one bent rim and had an alignment.

It was suggested that the cause might be improper auto trans fluid or differential oil. The dealer said this might happen if I did not use genuine Honda Acura fluid. Both were changed 9k ago - at an oil service shop.

Any thoughts on this as a possible cause?

I also had seen a comment on another board that this might have something to do with O2 sensor problems --- the poster said to disconnect both sensors (but did not elaborate on what to do next) Comments on this idea???
