Has anyone had problems with their cruise control? I am having the following symtoms:

1) When cruise master switch is engaged but the steering wheel control is not set, the cruise will engage on it's own.
2) When set, the cruise will not maintain speed and almost stutter steps it's way down while loosing speed.

Help! Of course, the dealer says that they cannot replicate the symptoms. I have 600K of a** time in Acuras and they ought to take my word for it, but I suppose that it's all about the $ to them.
