20 inch Rim OFFSET??

Hey community,
what should the offset be for 20 inch rims for a 2004 acura Rl?
Would 45mm+ work?

Thanks,
T

well the offset for 1996-2004 RL is 42-50

This is 20" 8.5 with a 38 offset fit perfect for me, just had to rolled the rear fender a lil bit

like young buck said! they say 20" wouldn't fit they liar

You are in the wrong forum. I think they will help you a lot more in the 2nd Gen RL forum. Usual high offset from Acura is +55mm.

RonJon Legends were designed with +45mm, and had to be reduced to +41mm because of the 4 piston front brake calipers. 18x8 and 19x8.

Some have used as low as +38mm. The trick is, as always, finding a high offset, now in a 5x120 bolt pattern, and lighter weight. The Acura A-Spec 18x8 s are still a whopping 28 lbs for 18's. I think RonJons are 28 lbs for the 19's.

If you pay for Enkei racing wheels for the RL, you can get them under 20Lbs a piece, but we are talking big $ also.

I just put 20's on my Acura RL 02 and all they had to do is put lifts in the back. My car is driving perfect. 20 x 8.5 but most people would go with 20 x 7.5
