1998 RL VSS Wire Help
I am looking for a convenient under-dash location to tap into a VSS signal - I've installed a great new head unit with Wireless CarPlay, but it needs a "Speed Pulse Wire" connection to operate in a wireless configuration (otherwise, a USB cable must be attached).
I love my RL, and this new stereo makes it nice and current - the final piece of the puzzle is this darn VSS wire. If I have to go through the firewall, so be it, but there MUST be a speed pulse wire somewhere by my feet - maybe going into the cruise module or similar location?
Right now, the wire that needs to be connected to a VSS signal is behind that little triangular panel by my right foot.
Thanks so much in advance!!
Brian

Found one - for those who may be looking for the same.... I was able to tap in to a VSS signal in the wiring harness for the Cruise Control Module directly above the gas pedal, under the dash... the wire in question is BLUE/WHITE.
