My '02 RL cranks up but doesnt turn over, lights everything still have power so I know its not my battery. Maybe a timing belt, or something else. Any suggestions before i go to a mechanic?

 

Chances are it is the main relay. Do a search on "main relay" on this forum to find out more about it. It is relatively a simple repair to do.

I have a 1999 RL. I have not had any of the main relay issues, but I went ahead and changed mine anyways. I saved the old one in case of emergency. I will advice anyone who has not changed theirs to do so. It will save you a lot of headaches down the road.
