Question '02 RL differential fluid

I decided to purchase the '02 RL and recently changed the differential with the valvoline 80w-90. Now I'm wondering if i should've used the fluid from the dealership instead. Also is there big difference between 80w-90 and 90. Any suggestions or advice?

80-90 is wat we need to run, Oem fluid isn't ganna perform any better then the other brands. Change your fluid on a reg (15-20k)and you'll be fine n if you can check a couple times every few moths make sure you aren't losing any fluids you'll be even better

I run Valvoline Durablend in mine. Change it pretty much yearly. No problems what so ever.
