Car jiggles/wobbles???
This car has been a weekend warrior for all its life up until this past March. Its been a M-FR DD since then and I've started noticing something odd where the car will kind of wobble front/back a little when coming to a stop. Also noticed that when my wife would shake her leg, the car would actually start to sway as well (she weighs all of 100 lbs). Initially thought it might be shocks, but the bounce test barely moves the car up and down and even then, it takes the remaining up/down travel to settle to normal. The other day, decided to push the right, front fender and noticed the tires actually wobble side-2-side. I'm completely stock suspension wise (no spacers either) and am on OEM size Parada Spec-X's. Is this just the nature of a taller vehicle or is there something wrong here? Oh, tires are also at 35 PSI all the way around (just checked this past Saturday morning). Any thoughts?

Any noise associated with it? From your description (if I understand properly) it sounds like a wheel bearing.

Maybe the sway bars? It might be worth taking it in to Sears or Firestone to double-check the entire suspension.

My problem is due to the tires. I don't know how, when, where or why, but they are very squishy/soft all of a sudden. Maybe now that it's being used as a DD????? All I know is I inflated them to max PSI (51) Saturday AM (around 7 AM) and took it out, the bucking front-2-back upon braking to a stop was cut drastically. I moved my leg back/forth while sitting in the driver's seat, the side-2-side wobbling cut drastically. I then pushed the car's right front fender and the tires wobbled alot less. My question is this; what's the max PSI I can SAFELY run them at? The commute is a mixture of speeds; as high as 70 to as low as 30 at times. Most highway, w/ a few back roads sprinkled in. I understand that running at higher PSI's will reduce life and maybe even F.E.?? I just want to know what I can run them at w/o risking injury or death....
