I'm curious, what makes you think tires in the size of 235/60 R18 will be more aggressive; if anything I'd say they were a tad less aggressive compared to the OEM size. Regardless, putting those tires on your RDX will result in speedometer and odometer error.

I'm very interested in how you guys feel about this.

I have a 2021 Sienna coming soon, and I'm taking off the oem tires which are 235/60/18.

My 2010 rdx will probably need the current tires Michelin pilot sport as3+ replaced next year.

I'm wondering if I can just put the oem sienna tires on the rdx. It would save me the hassle of selling the oem tires and taking a loss.

I understand that the 60s will be approx 3% larger. But will it affect the vehicle mechanically and the safety?

 

3% is not likely enough to cause any damage or accelerated wear, but it will cause your speedometer to read that much more vs actual speed (roughly 2 mph difference at 60 mph). Mainly you'll want to make sure they don't rub at all. We're talking an extra half inch of tire height relative to the suspension components, and no change in width or wheel offset, so chances are you'll be ok. But best to try and find out for sure if you can, just to cover all bases.
