WOW!, another water leak(3rd one)

07 tech(w/oem rook rack)
1st: water running down into drivers seat belt(top of belt dry, when extended out soaked, had car for 2 days, said the cause was faulty door and body weatherstrip)
2nd:saw water mark on headliner at top left of w/s pillar(also had wind noise
at 45 to 60 mph, had car for 4 day on and off(reseal body seam on roof under mldg)
now 3rd: same area headliner totally soaked(srs, vsa lights on, alarm going off ,ticking sound at top of left dash(sounds like something resetting)
auto headlights staying on(have it set for 30 seconds) but when using remote to lock, foglights will go out but headlights stay on
what do you think water running down into drivers fuse box
wonder how long they will have it this time, helping the dealer out this time with a insurance windshield claim for a rock impact

43,000kms (less than 30,000 miles)
have great relationship with the dealer(hopefully, they have a new service manager). it's just getting real tiresome and getting worried about 2-3 yrs from now(when out of warranty)
i'm presuming they're going to replace the drivers side fuse box and the drivers side curtain(at least i hope)

Going on the 3rd repair for the same problem makes me think that the lemon law may kick in soon (but your use of kilometers makes me think Candada, and I'm not sure about their laws).

I'd say you've got a BIG lemon in your hands with SH-AWD!

Have the dealer take it back & replace or wipe out existing loan.

Yea i'm thinking that way too, highly doubt the dealer will take it back, for better or worse
car is pay-offed, it's at the glass shop today(for pressure testing??), the dude on the phone says i'm parking it wrong cause i have a roof visor(acura access.)then said it's could be plugged sunroof drain.
so it begins "oh it's this, it's that, it's lack of maintenance and all that crap"
me: no it's a friggen water leak, find it fix it, give me lifetime warranty on it and we go from there
