My wipers work, but the pump is not working and does not make any noise. Could it be the fuse? Help....winter in Ohio isn't good if you don't have any washer fluid!!!

 

mine did the same thing acura had to replace the wiper/washer switch (the arm on the steering column) because it did not work. works great now.

 

how cold was it and what fluid are you using? -20? or -34/-45? can be the fluid are fozen in the tube, other recommend having someone activate the washer while you stand by the passenger wheel area to listen for the washer fluid pump.

 

I've had this problem since the summer so it can't be a problem with the temperature
