Windshield wiper fluid no longer sprays

So there was a few days last week where the temperature went down into the negatives and it ended up semi freezing my windshield wiper fluid.. It was like a slushy. Anyways, I would pull back on the stalk for at the most, 60 seconds and now I can't even hear the pump. Did I burn out the pump? I don't want to buy a new pump and that not be the cause. Also, if it is the pump, would it matter if I got one from autozone vs the dealer? I would rather not have to go to the dealer. Oops, almost forgot.. I have an 08 Rdx tech. Thanks for any help.

Check the fuse first.

Your pump may be frozen with fluid. I had this problem a month ago. Wait for positive outside temperature, or find underground parking, or any warm place and leave your car for 3-5 hours. If no help - then check fuse=>replace pump.
