Removing Scratches from Gauge Cluster Plastic

While trying to get a spot off of the plastic covering my speedometer, I apparently used a Microfiber cloth that was not 100% clean and now have some surface scratches in the plastic in the shape of a big "X".

It's really visible at night, as it's right in the middle of the da*n thing where the needle would hit 80 MPH.

Any tips on how to reduce the appearance of the scratches short of replacing the plastic piece? (I am not a DIY'er and am not going to pay Acura labor rates to have it replaced).

Any info would be appreciated!

There are lot of products you could try here are a few:
Meguiar's PlastX Plastic Scratch Remover
Novus Plastic Scratch Remover
Xerapol Plastic Polish Scratch Remover
JANVIL HEAVY DUTY SCRATCH REMOVER
And many others, some of these may help!
Good luck!

I've had very good luck with Plexus (do a web-search for it). The stuff works great cleaning any plastic surface. I use it on my laptop, remote controls... dang near anything. If you use it on your headlights it will make them repel water like Rainx. Good stuff.
