my car is RDX 2007 ACURA
the rear bumper cover and bumper guard looks pretty bad now.

The lady that hit me agreed to pay for everything.
just wonder what would be the estimate cost for the repair or replace them?

let the insurance deal with it. the bumper cover will be $800-1k alone. if there is any other damage...then the price would go up from there.

glad you're ok...make sure you take it to a shop of YOUR choosing that knows what they are doing. good luck.

 

I agree=after my tsx was rear-ended the other driver's insurance covered the repairs and rental car. I took my car to a body shop of my choosing. The body shop had the original estimate covered but then they found some more work needed to done. That was also paid by that insurance company.

 

My mother's neighbor hit the rear driver's side of my RDX (panel where gas tank cover is). I just got it back a week ago on 12/3 from dropping it off at my dealer on 11/18. Her insurance paid but they were trying to fix it in 7 days. No bueno, that didn't even sound right. I always take my car to MY dealer, not their shop. It cost $4100+ (dont remember exact figure). They had to replace that whole fender since it also extends over the doors, plus the stripes, some stuff on the lift gate, the rear lights were loose. She looks brand spanking new and you could never tell someone tapped her.
