How much oil does your RDX use ...
between oil changes? My RDX seems to be using about 4 to 6 ounces every 2000 miles. While this does not seem like much I suppose, other cars that I have owned have not seemed to use 'any' oil in 3000 miles, which was when I previously changed oil. In other words, if I was careful to check the oil under the same condition each time, for other cars I have owned, I was not able to detect any change on the dip stick. I check oil leve first thing in the moring, after the car has set overnight, in the same place (my garage).
My 2009 RDX used about 12-14 ounces of oil from new to its first oil change at 4000 miles and 6 months. That did not concern me as it was during 'break-in'. But to continue to use even a small amount of oil bothers me.
Of course, this is my first turbo car. But what is the experience of others? in terms of measurable oil usage between oil changes, at what milage?
NOTE: the way I measure oil level, is I measure the distance between the two small holes in the dip stick, in millimeters (mm). Then measure the level of oil below the top hole as a percentage of 32 ounces (1 quart) of oil.
I think I remember measuring the distance between the two holes as about 18mm. So if the oil is 4mm below the top hole on the dip stick, then it is
4mm/18mm x 32ounces = 7.1 ounces low

Mine doesn't use any when I've checked. In turbo cars, it's not uncommon for some oil to be lost in the PCV system. When the boost hits, the crankcase can get pressurized and oil gets into vacuum lines and ends up getting burnt. Not a huge amount.

I get the same problem. I change my oil every 3,000miles. I'm missing a quarter to nearly half a quart every change. Good reason is I always redline everywhere I go as if I'm in a Le Mans series, haha.

1 quart every 1k miles is considered normal to acura standards. and you you should check your oil level every oil change as stated in your manuel. and driving habits may play a role also.

The oil consumption you are reporting is at the upper end of the admissible range but it does not necessarily indicate abnormal or premature wear: I have a 1991 Legend with 106kmiles that uses no oil at all, and just traded in a 2006 RL with 42kmiles that was using about as much oil as your RDX.
To determine conclusively the condition of your engine, you may want to send an oil sample to Blackstone Labs, http://www.blackstone-labs.com/ and request a full analysis. The cost is very modest and it will result in your car's equivalent of a full battery of blood tests. Blackstone's strenght is their unique expertise and phenomenal database: if you provide oil brand and type, engine brand and type and mileage they will be able to run the chemistry against that of an equivalent engine/mileage/oil combination. You don't even have to wait until the next change: you can order their hand-pump and get a sample straight from the deepstick pipe. Highly recommended.
