Hiss, fuzzy static sound from radio

Hiss, fuzzy static sound from radio
I just bought a 07 rdx tech and the radio sounds fuzzy. this has the same sound at all volume levels. it doesn't seem to be a speaker
is this a known issue ?

I just ordered an amp off of ebay. I'll let you know if that fixes it.

Well I got the wrong amp. I ordered another one. I'll let you know how that one goes when I get it.

Got the right amp and the sound is still fuzzy.
I think it's the head unit.
I'm starting to dislike it .
