foglight lens

Has anyone experienced the same problem I have here. Recently I notice both of my foglight lens showing a werid looking film layer on the glass.

I have the same problem as well. I believe it is on the inside of the lens. The only way to fix would be to dismount the fog light and clean, or purchase new housings.
