I don't know about the flat tires, (b/c I haven't had one!) but yes, when it gets real cold, it can make the tire sensors can go low enough to show up on the display. It moved from tire, to tires day to day. Checked pressure one day cold ck'd, put in correct amount and when it warmed up again, the display of ck tires goes away.

do you live in a new housing development? or any construction going on around you, home/work? the past 3 flats youve had, are you replacing the tire or just patching. patching (not plugging) is an efficient way to save a good tire unless its too close to the sidewall...

temperature is very important when setting a proper tire psi. i check my tire pressure quite often -cold-(probably once a tank).

it must be getting ~bitter~ cold up there eh? to be effecting it enough for the indicator to come on. just curious, is the low tire pressure indicator on first thing in the morning? does it go away after driving or what is happening?
