i just fastened the seat belt, and that solved that. When all the windows are down I get that hum too, could it be the back hatch door vibrating from all the wind?

The hum sounds more like a wind tunnel, where most/all of the air is flowing through to both windows, causing "turbulence" right in the middle. I believe that it only happens with the windows rolled all the way down.
But not to get off topic, just click you seatbelts on.
