Clicking sound from speakers

Hi,

The front tweeters (speakers next to side mirrors) emit a clicking noise/static INTERMITTENTLY. Any ideas? I can sometimes produce it but mostly it's at random. It occurs during XM satellite radio playback and CD playback...so it's not because of my one audio CD. I called the dealer but they were hesitant because of the intermittent nature of the problem.

I have not experienced that at all. I would suggest taking it back to the dealer since the sound system is under warranty and make them fix it. Especially if this is something that you can demonstrate 'on demand'.

That's the problem....I can't produce it on demand...it comes and goes.

Do you have a Nextel phone? They can cause clicking in audio systems.
