Clearing Diagnostic Messages

Clearing Diagnostic Messages
After a small acciedent which triggered a "Daytime running light" and a "VSA" alarm I still have messages displayed under diagnostic. The car was repaired and the dash is showing everything OK but I still show those messages in there and don't see an option to delete.
Does anyone know how to clear these?

There are two VSA icons. The triangle indicator in the tach flashes to indicate that the VSA is active (this is normal). Just below the triangle is the "VSA" indicator which comes on steady to indicate a VSA malfunction.
All VSA malfunctions will reset ("VSA" goes out) when the problem goes away, some immediately and others after the ignition is cycled off/on and the car is driven. If you are still getting the "VSA" light there is a recurring problem that is detected each time you start.
If you are only getting a text message, note that and take it to a dealer.

Are you talking about the messages that display on the Navi screen?
If so there is a way to clear them by pressing "menu" "map guide" and "cancel" all at the same time until the diag screen comes up. then find the tab for xm ecu I think. I may be wrong on which tab it's under. Its more of a habit for me when I do this.
