My center console cover is is torn and needs replacement. What's the best way to do it?

You could also remove the cover and take it to your local upholsterer, though it may cost more than the eBay options. I believe somebody on here did that and got it reupholstered in custom colored leather.

 

I did just that, although I had them match the leather to the oem color. But it cost me $120 to have the shop replace the original vinyl cover with genuine leather. Well worth it in my opinion...went back to the same shop 2 years later to have them replace both front door armrests. The actual leather parts of the car seem to hold up great, but the vinyl pieces...not so much.
