2010 RDX- the headlight lenses are foggy in and out- can the assembly e removed and new lenses put in?

Not sure about new lenses, but I've used the 3M resto kit off Amazon and had great results. Just need a power drill and maybe a spare battery depending on how much work you need to do.

I did the 3M clear bra material with UV blocker on my 08 RDX headlights when I purchased used back in 2010 and I have no UV hazing in +7 years in southwestern sun. You might have to put some-type of clear film with UV blocker on the headlights after doing the restore kit.
